Conditions for Returns

You may only register a return once you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs, including any international postage or customs fees, are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all labels and tags still attached.

Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted.

Purchasing multiple sizes of the same item with the intention to return part of the order is not allowed.
Return Process

Notify us of your return by emailing info@novaerose.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

Return the item at your own expense, including any customs or postal fees.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days to the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information shows that the parcel was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address was entered during checkout, this remains the responsibility of the customer.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
