Graphic Designer (Womenswear) — London / Hybrid

About Novae Rose
Founded in London in 2010, Novae Rose is a contemporary womenswear brand focused on refined, smart-casual design. We create timeless pieces that balance quality, comfort and modern elegance. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Graphic Designer to strengthen our brand across digital channels.

The Role
You will develop visually compelling assets that elevate our brand and support commercial goals across web, email and paid/organic social. You’ll work closely with Marketing and E-commerce to translate briefs into clean, on-brand design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design web assets: homepage and category banners, campaign hero imagery, product graphics, size/fit visuals and UX micro-elements.

• Create marketing materials for social, email campaigns and performance ads, ensuring message clarity and brand consistency.

• Support campaign concepting: moodboards, typography, colour systems and layout frameworks.

• Optimise assets for different platforms and formats; manage versions and file hygiene.

• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistent application across all touchpoints.

• Collaborate with photographers and retouchers to deliver premium imagery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within fashion, retail or e-commerce.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or similar a plus.

• Strong visual sensibility: typography, composition, colour and brand systems.

• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to deliver against tight deadlines.

• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• A portfolio demonstrating relevant work across web and marketing channels.

Nice to Have

• Basic motion/short-form video skills (e.g., simple animations for social or ads).

• Experience designing for Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.

• Understanding of performance marketing creatives and A/B testing.
